WELCOME TO THE MIAMI VALLEY COUNSELING
ASSOCIATION WEBSITE!
A chapter of
the Ohio Counseling Association *, MVCA was formed in the 1960's to provide
local members a forum for sharing concerns and impacting decisions made at
a state level. In addition, legislative updates affecting counselors were
provided. Today, this remains the focus and purpose of MVCA.
MVCA
membership provides a sense of "community" among members in a
six-county area. With an open enrollment policy to counselors and the
opportunity to positively affect counseling issues, membership continues to
grow. Students are also encouraged to join the membership.
Monthly executive
council meetings are open to all members.
*Must join OCA, then designate MVCA for your
chapter membership.
